If you can run a killer on-ground activation in the morning and nail a trending Reel in the afternoon — you’re our person.

What you’ll do (aka your superpowers)

70% Marketing Magic

• Plan & execute Plush pop-ups, BTL activities, and fun on-ground activations.
• Make brand partnerships happen (because two brands are better than one).
• Keep things running smooth with vendors, partners & agencies.
• Measure results and bring the “what worked / what’s next” energy.

30% Content Charm

• Be comfy in front of the camera for Reels, ads & social media.
• Come up with ideas that make people stop scrolling.
• Work with our creative crew to bring Plush’s witty, comfort-first vibe to life.

We’ll vibe if you

• Have

  1–2 years

  in marketing/events/content creation.
• Can balance creativity with execution like a pro.
• Speak fluent English and a little Hindi is a bonus.
• Love the idea of making period care actually cool.
