Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Create high-quality, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop engaging posts, articles, scripts, and updates for the company and the founder's digital presence.
  • Adapt tone, complexity, and purpose of content for diverse audiences.

Industry-Focused Storytelling

  • Leverage financial services knowledge to produce technical and industry-specific content that educates and engages.
  • Translate market insights, investment trends, and governance themes into compelling thought leadership.

Social Media & Digital Strategy

  • Maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Understand and apply social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies to expand reach and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.

Performance & SEO

  • Optimize all content for search engines using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
  • Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, ROI), using insights to refine strategy.

Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives, event promotions, and digital outreach campaigns.

Qualification & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum

    4-5 years of experience

    in content creation, social media, or marketing within the

    financial services industry

    .

Core Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail.
  • Proven track record of growing LinkedIn or digital channel engagement.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn content development and WhatsApp business communication.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
