Identifying and finding potential borrowers (individuals & businesses); lead generation through open market activities, personal networks, connectors, and real estate agents; promoting and explaining loan products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer, etc.; assisting customers with documentation and guiding them through the complete loan process; coordinating with banks/NBFCs for approvals and disbursement; regular field work including visits to customers, bank branches, and real estate partners; maintaining relationships with real estate brokers; and ensuring good customer service and timely follow-ups.
