Role Overview The Business Analyst at Aikya Connect will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage highimpact projects, and contribute to the strategic growth of our network. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. This role demands a high degree of trust, discretion, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. We seek a candidate with strong experience in Family Office operations and investment management. This is not a technical or IT-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing investments, understanding family office structures, and working closely with UHNW families. This is a must. Candidates - Preferably from Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support & GTM Execution • Partner directly with the Founder on high-priority strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. • Lead the research, design, and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across new verticals. Project & Event Management • Own and manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate high-impact events including closed-door roundtables, webinars, conferences, and forums. • Utilize project management tools for project tracking and delivery. Expert Speaker Engagement • Lead outreach and onboarding of expert speakers for curated sessions. • Manage coordination, session design, and seamless execution. Operational Excellence • Handle high-level communications and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. • Prioritize Founder’s tasks and manage executive touchpoints effectively. Member Engagement & Relationship Building • Serve as a trusted point of contact for members—helping them navigate the Aikya experience. • Capture insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Founder Brand & Marketing Presence • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the Founder’s digital presence. • Co-develop content campaigns for LinkedIn and other platforms. • Craft compelling narratives that articulate Aikya’s mission and milestones. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within investment, strategy, or financial services sectors. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder presentations and report writing. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. • Interest in investment ecosystems, family offices, or private capital is advantageous.
