Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities and contribute to brand growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on social media, email, and other channels.
• Create, manage, and publish engaging content for company platforms.
• Support market research activities to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure branding consistency.
• Help prepare marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and promotional posts.
• Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Maintain databases, track leads, and assist with digital marketing activities.
• Participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of marketing experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

Added Advantages (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools.
• Internships in marketing or content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
