Job Summary

Poornasree Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing industrial and dairy equipment. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and representing the company in client meetings and industry expos.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies to promote company products and enhance brand presence.

• Develop and design impactful marketing materials and product presentations.

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings (requiring travel as needed).

• Analyze campaign performance and share regular reports with actionable insights.

• Contribute creative ideas for product promotion and brand enhancement.

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong understanding of marketing design, branding, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and digital analytics.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Willingness to travel for marketing activities and client engagements.

• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
