Marketing and Social Media Manager

We at US based Fashion brand is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Manager (4–5 Years Experience) for our Mohali branch. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the fashion/clothing industry and a proven track record in managing social media, community engagement, and paid campaigns for global fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Manage community interactions including social listening, moderation, and escalation.
• Create and oversee visual storytelling and content design using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write compelling copy for social media posts, campaigns, and brand messaging.
• Research and implement the latest social media and fashion trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Manage scheduling and reporting through tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Oversee paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) with focus on ROI.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in social media marketing/management for a fashion/clothing e-commerce brand.
• Strong expertise in community management, content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics.
• Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Express.
• Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals and performance tracking.
• Experience handling multi-platform campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Creative mindset with strong skills in visual storytelling and trend research.
• Hands-on experience with US marketplaces or international fashion brands preferred.
