Marketing and Social Media Intern

Mending Mind is my mental health space in Mulund, Mumbai, where we’re here to listen, help, and make mental health less of a taboo. We offer therapy, workshops, and trainings , all with the goal of helping you feel better, grow stronger, and live happier.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Intern located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Video shooting and editing for reels, stories, and other social content.
• Growing social media pages through creative strategies and consistent engagement.
• Staying updated with new trends and incorporating them into our content plan.
• Writing creative, engaging captions and copy for posts.
• Planning and scheduling social media posts.
• Analyzing social media performance and suggesting improvements.
• Assisting in marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Working with other teams to effectively promote mental health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing
• Strong Communication skills
• Passion for mental health awareness and advocacy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
