Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through

  phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google

  .
• Convert leads and inquiries into

  physical walk-in sales

  through effective communication and follow-up.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships between

  clients and vendors

  to ensure smooth coordination for product upgrades, booked orders, and timely deliveries.
• Track and manage orders, quotations, and delivery timelines efficiently.
  
• Oversee marketing campaigns and online promotions to boost visibility and customer engagement.
  
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data, ensuring reports are updated regularly.
  
• Gradually transition from

  traditional stock and data entry systems

  to

  modern digital tools, software, and apps

  for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (experience in retail, interiors, or home dcor preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in digital platforms (social media, CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple stakeholders effectively.
  
• A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
