Marketing and Social Media Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative PA Marketing (contractual role) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications, event management, digital and traditional media engagement, and integrated campaign execution.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and strong execution abilities. The candidate will drive ROI-focused campaigns, build partnerships with stakeholders and media, and enhance companys thought leadership. A key focus will be on digital-led initiatives to expand reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing plans that align with stakeholder priorities and are delivered through targeted marketing programs to achieve defined objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to shape media and communications strategies, assist in planning the editorial pipeline, and support media engagement efforts to secure coverage for companys across key publications and priority media channels.
• Identify and evaluate key industry events and conferences in India for companys spokespersons to participate in- through speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and networking. Assist in end-to-end event and webinar management, from agenda design to post-event follow-up, for priority BCG engagements.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Specialist to design and implement digital media plan for each initiative, ensuring differentiated and impactful content that amplifies companys thought leadership.
• Support the creation of impactful and creative social media content to strengthen companys leadership positioning on platforms such as LinkedIn.

Position Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field from a Tier-1 college.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on communication and campaigns.

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with tools like OneDrive, SharePoint, Tableau, PowerBI. Knowledge of photo and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• Significant experience in project management and the ability to parallel process multiple initiatives.
