Role Description

Sales & Marketing Lead

• Bring in new business & build strong relationships
• Develop marketing strategies for brands across industries
• Manage websites, e-commerce, campaigns & creative briefs
• Lead projects, coordinate the team & ensure things actually GET DONE
• Spot leads, pitch clients & help scale Studio OW

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in

  sales and lead generation

• Experience in

  branding, digital marketing and advertising

• Working knowledge of

  website management

  (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
• Understanding of

  e-commerce platforms

• Excellent communication & pitching skills
• Project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Creative thinking + strong aesthetic and branding understanding
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and design impactful campaigns.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
• Previous experience in e-commerce marketing, branding, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
