Role & responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Intern

The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, convert prospects, execute campaigns, and collect on-ground market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Sales Support

• Assist in

  lead generation

  through field visits, calls, WhatsApp outreach, and digital platforms
• Support

  customer onboarding

  , demo scheduling, and follow-ups
• Help maintain

  CRM / lead tracking sheets

  with daily updates
• Assist sales executives in preparing

  quotations, proposals, and basic pitch material

• Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team
  

Marketing Support

• Support execution of

  on-ground marketing activities

  (farmer meetings, demos, events, camps)
• Assist in

  digital marketing

  activities social media posts, WhatsApp campaigns, basic content sharing
• Conduct

  market research

  on competitors, pricing, offers, and customer behavior
• Help create simple marketing assets (presentations, flyers, WhatsApp creatives – coordination level)
  
• Capture photos/videos and field stories for marketing use
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Daily reporting of calls, visits, leads generated, and conversions
  
• Weekly summary of learnings, challenges, and improvement ideas
  
• Assist in preparing basic sales and marketing performance reports
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (MBA, BBA, Agriculture, Marketing, Rural Management preferred)
  
• Strong

  communication skills

  (Hindi required; local language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Interest in

  sales, marketing, startups, or agri-business

• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
