Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Sales & Marketing Executive to represent our premium real estate brand and drive property sales through both offline and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and inbound leads
Present real estate projects professionally and confidently
Generate leads through digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, portals, campaigns)
Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaigns and creatives
Follow up with prospects and close deals
Maintain client database and CRM updates
Support branding and marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken English & Hindi (local language a plus)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media
Presentable personality with client-handling confidence
Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
