Marketing and Sales Head: Building Material

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Head to lead our building materials sales team, drive business growth, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for building materials
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in building materials or construction sector
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and business development expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
