Role Overview:

We are looking for confident and energetic Brand / Sales Promoters (Male or Female) who will represent OmnniTron Solution in the field, promote our services to potential clients, and generate leads through direct marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote OmnniTron’s domestic staffing services in residential areas, apartments, markets, and offices.
• Communicate clearly about service plans, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
• Distribute leaflets, banners, or promotional materials in targeted localities.
• Generate leads and collect contact details for follow-up.
• Support the operations team in onboarding new clients or workers.
• Maintain daily report of field activities and leads.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for client acquisition.

Requirements:

• Open to Male & Female candidates (Age 20–40 years).
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly attitude, neat appearance, and willingness to talk to new people.
• Comfortable working in the field (within Bhubaneswar).
• Prior experience in sales, promotion, or marketing preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
• Performance-based bonuses.
• Travel allowance for fieldwork.
• Training & T-shirt provided by Hxpert.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible for promotional events)
Weekly off as per schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
