Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator cum Office Executive located in Kochi. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day marketing and operational activities, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating projects, analyzing business-related data, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, handle communications, and contribute to planning and managing tasks to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Operations, Sales, and relevant methodologies to support growth strategies.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, deriving insights, and making informed decisions.
• Exceptional Communication skills for internal and external coordination, including verbal and written correspondence.
• Project Management abilities, organization, and time management to ensure efficient workflow and task prioritization.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in office productivity software and familiarity with business tools is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in similar roles or industries is advantageous.
