Marketing and Events Executive

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing and Events Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive digital strategy, elevate our brand presence, and bring events to life with innovative marketing solutions. Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative, holistic digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement

- Brainstorm and implement communication solutions based on brand insights and industry trends

- Create and coordinate content strategies tailored for diverse platforms and audiences

- Craft engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience

- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across channels

- Post regularly across social platforms, building and growing our digital presence

- Manage and nurture our online communities, fostering brand loyalty

- Coordinate influencer marketing efforts, including partnerships with third-party PR, brand, and influencer agencies

- Support monthly digital calendars, concepts, and moodboards

- Assist with event planning, including on-ground support and moodboarding, and provide day-of event assistance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and event support

• Proven ability to create and manage engaging content across social media channels

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a creative eye for design

• Experience with influencer marketing and working with external agencies

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work on-site and be present at events as needed
