Role Overview

Marketing and Brand Strategist


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that define Ninja Media Creations’ identity and value proposition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms — online, offline, and experiential.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines for visuals, tone, and messaging.

2. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and business growth.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Define target audience segments and customize marketing approaches accordingly.

3. Creative Content & Communication

  • Lead creative campaigns that communicate the brand story with impact and emotion.
  • Oversee creation of visual, written, and video content across channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and strengthens brand recall.

4. Campaign Execution & Management

  • Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and communication teams for flawless execution.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.

5. Brand Engagement & Experience

  • Develop initiatives like events, partnerships, activations, and collaborations to strengthen brand engagement.
  • Build strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and brand strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance and campaign outcomes.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, and campaign execution.
  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to translate brand values into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
