We have ~700+ employees based in Bangalore Gameskraft s Vision is To create unmatched experiences, every day, everywhere So, we re growing across newer gaming categories and geographies Gameskraft is also a Principal member of the All-India Gaming Federation (AIGF) Our Brands Our flagship brand, RummyCulture , is the #1 Rummy brand in India by Revenue It also holds the Guinness World Record for Largest Online Rummy Tournament - a testament to our scale and technology prowess Besides RummyCulture, Gameskraft Group also operates the RummyTime, Play Ship & Rummy Prime brands in the Rummy segment Responsibilities: * Display strong Analytical mindset with ability to deeply understand how marketing funnels work & come up with data driven RCAs on various problem statements * Assist in creating reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance metrics * Utilise SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases for analysis and reporting purposes * Oversee, execute and evaluate the performance of SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns * Display curiosity, a rapid learning capability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, data engineering and design for day to day tasks * Handle multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changing situations with minimal direct supervision * Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise campaigns and user experiences Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field * 1-2 year of experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, or a similar role (internship experience is acceptable) * Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis; willingness to learn and develop SQL skills further * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualisation tools (eg , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus * Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media) and key performance metrics * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely * Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment
