Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Offer sales administration support to ensure efficient order processing, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in administration or a related field (marketing operations).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform for tracking leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders & contracts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports.
