Job Description

Job Purpose

Primary Responsibilities
Design and Development Support
Realize product Design Concept using CAD
On time delivery of Design & Detailing of Product
Do all required Design Calculation
Prepare DVP and Arrange Validation Facility
Do Tear Down Analysis and Product Benchmarking
Project Execution - Maximum of 2 projects to be managed at any given time
Newer technology developments; maximum 1. Existing technology/new variants; minimum 1
Supervise design prototypes
Adhere to DWM activity to meet Defined Project Timeline
Contribute to document upgradation
Contribute to VAVE Activity
Analysis of line rejection parts
Make PPAP and ensure all product document as per CMMI/TS16949/ customer specific requirements
Interaction with VD Team throughout the product development cycle.
Coordinate Intra departmental meeting and review
Secondary Responsibilities
