1. Well knowledge in Flat promotion.
2. Responsible for Branding and promoting the project
3. Handling Lead Management & Marketing activities
4. Make calls enquiry customers to arrange site visit
5. Take care of meeting with site visited customers and closing the sale
6. To achieve marketing targets
7. Coordinating with Banks / Financial institutions for funding approvals to ensure that clients get homes loans approved to initiate cash flow at the beginning of the project.
8. Following payment collection of booking customers as per stage amount from bank.
9. Arranging to Registration for customers after getting confirmation from bank.
10. Following up a seamless process in terms of marketing from end to end, to enhance customer delight and smooth operation at the grass root level
11. Exploring new clients through business connections, marketing events, and maintaining strong client relationship
