Job Summary

Ava’s Shakthi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Admin to lead and implement marketing strategies to expand our presence in the detergent and soap segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand building, market penetration, dealer/distributor coordination, and field-level promotional activities. We have already established in 13 Districts. We have to expand our territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and brand strategies for detergent and soap products
• Conduct field visits (1 week/month) to monitor market trends, meet distributors/retailers, and gather feedback
• Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network across targeted regions
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product demos, and marketing events
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the production and sales team to align demand planning and product delivery
• Create and manage content for marketing collaterals (print, digital, social media)
• Ensure brand visibility at retail outlets and improve shelf presence
• Provide monthly reports and recommendations to management for strategy improvement
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG marketing (preferably in detergent/soap sector)
• Strong understanding of rural and semi-urban market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for monthly field visits (with TA/DA provided)
• Proficiency in Tamil and basic English; knowledge of local geography preferred
