Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid search and social media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and development teams to enhance overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, including paid search, social media marketing, and display advertising
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and making data-driven decisions
• Strong skills in Market Research and Campaign Analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
