About the Role:

We are looking for a resourceful, analytical, and persistent professional to identify and map potential OEMs, system integrators, and large end users in the Electro-Electric Components and Sensors domain. The role involves deep market research, database management, and intelligence gathering to support sales and business development teams with qualified leads and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct systematic online and offline research to identify OEMs, end users, and integrators in target industries such as Steel, Cement, Sugar, Railways, Automation, and Induction Heating.
• Gather and compile company profiles, key contacts, product focus areas, and verified contact details.
• Correlate identified companies with the organization's product portfolio (Fuses, Semiconductors, Capacitors, Relays, Sensors, Encoders, IR Cameras, Pyrometers, Proximities, UPS, etc.).
• Maintain and update a well-structured and accurate Excel-based database categorized by segment, geography, and relevance.
• Track industry trends, tenders, exhibitions, and project announcements to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare and share weekly research and progress reports with actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and support the transition from research to business engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 25 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, data mining, or OEM mapping (preferably in the electrical, electronics, or industrial equipment sectors).
• Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data management).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High curiosity, persistence, and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data meaningfully.
