Job Summary: - We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of our electro-electric components and solutions, ensuring customers receive the best options for their applications. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and highlight their benefits. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on customer needs and product development. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Qualifications, Skill and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering from reputed college. Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in technical sales, preferably in the electro-electric components industry. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a strong customer focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
