We are Hiring Sales Engineer (Retail & Distribution Division)

We serve end users, panel builders, system integrators, OEMs, and distributors across industries like Steel, Power, Mining, and Industrial Automation.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong drive, stamina, and persistence to grow our Retail & Distribution Division. This is a pure sales role - focused on building relationships, mapping applications, and pushing for business growth.
What You will Do
Drive sales with distributors, panel builders, system integrators, and OEMs.
Map customer applications to our product portfolio.
Build lasting relationships and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Track market insights and maintain sales pipeline in CRM.
What We Are Looking For
Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
5 7 years of industrial/electrical sales experience (distribution preferred).
Strong people skills and a hunter mindset.
High stamina, persistence, and purposeful attitude.
