Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Market Research Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in market research, preferably in the energy domain.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct strong interviewing, both telephonic and face-to-face, to gather market insights.
Perform primary and secondary research to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
Develop and maintain databases to track market data and metrics.
Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

A graduate degree is required, preferably in petroleum & refining, mechanical, instrumentation, automobile engineering, or chemical engineering; an MBA is a plus.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
