Market Research Analyst - ACE

As a Market Research Analyst at the Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) within the Digital Enterprise (DE) division based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research using surveys, interviews, and data analysis tools. Your role will involve gathering data on consumers, competitors, and market trends to interpret and provide actionable insights. You will play a key role in understanding business objectives and designing surveys to uncover prospective customers" preferences. With an educational background in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent at the graduation level and a minimum of 3-7 years of work experience, you will be expected to analyze statistical data to identify market trends and consumer demographics. Your responsibilities will include independently analyzing qualitative data, assessing strategies, and evaluating competition to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions will be essential, along with working closely with software engineers to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems. Taking complete ownership of assigned projects, experience in Agile environments, and proficiency in project tracking tools like JIRA are also key aspects of the role. To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate working experience as a Market Research Analyst, possess knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and product research. Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications is required, along with familiarity with statistical technologies such as MATLAB and Python. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages, outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills, as well as the ability to convey complex financial insights clearly, are essential competencies for this role.
