We are seeking an experienced Marine Structure Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Construction of Marine Structures

  : Lead the design, planning, and construction of

  marine infrastructure

  including

  breakwaters, jetties, quay walls

  , and

  docks

  for major port projects.

• Coastal Engineering Expertise

  : Provide in-depth expertise in

  coastal and marine engineering

  to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure in challenging coastal environments.

• Structural & Geotechnical Analysis

  : Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments, ensuring the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.

• Project Management & Coordination

  : Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies, to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.

• Environmental & Regulatory Compliance

  : Ensure construction processes are aligned with

  environmental regulations

  and

  safety standards

  to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem and meet industry best practices.

• Construction Supervision

  : Provide on-site guidance, troubleshooting, and decision-making during the construction phase, overseeing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of marine structures.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience

  in

  marine structures

  design, construction, and project execution.

• Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures

  or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
• At least

  2 years of hands-on experience

  in

  coastal or marine construction

  , working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
• Proficiency in

  marine engineering software

  (e.g.,

  MIKE21

  ,

  AutoCAD

  ,

  STAAD Pro

  , etc.) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
• Strong

  knowledge of coastal processes

  , including

  hydrodynamics

  ,

  wave modeling

  , and

  sediment transport

  .
• Experience with

  risk management

  and ability to develop cost-effective and durable solutions for marine infrastructure.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

• PMP

  or equivalent

  project management certification

  is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E. (Civil Engineering)

  ,

  M.Tech

  or

  M.Sc. (Marine Structures)

  .
• Experience in working on

  port development projects

  or

  coastal infrastructure projects

  in

  Kerala

  or similar coastal regions.

• Familiarity with local environmental regulations

  and sustainability practices.
