Provide strategic leadership for defining and implementing the ANH digital Supply & Manufacturing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ANH business objectives and customer needs. Navigate the complexity of an international and multi-cultural business environment, communicating digital concepts to various audiences. Define, develop, and maintain the right capabilities within the Supply & Manufacturing platform delivery team. Shape and implement the delivery framework and methodologies Innovation & complexity: Oversee the delivery of the total ANH Digital & Tech portfolio for the whole Supply & Manufacturing business domain. Manage a global delivery team based in various locations and ensure the right talent and capabilities are available to innovate, develop, and maintain the Supply & Manufacturing digital platform. Engage in major decisions and procurement of technology for modernization, optimization, and consolidation, including core IT systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
