Manufacturing Specialist Production Quality-1

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the CVT lab activities alongwith their team are responsible for daily test load containing the following
  • Daily Routine tests and FAT Management/ customer discussions
  • Type/Special tests (wherever required) specification definition establishment of test methodologies
  • Preparation of ITP. Review of Tender/Contract technical documents for physical verification and dimension check during FAT
  • Preparation of test reports within defined timelines.
  • Ensure the Safety and Quality KPIs for lab
  • Lab maintenance Spare and breakdown management
  • New instrument/CAPEX requirement- Finalization of quotes CAPEX Budgeting. . etc
• Daily lab scheduling as per plan ( MPS Flash 30 test meeting) FAT management and On time submission of routine/FAT reports.
• Able to interact with customers and explain about the test process/methodologies specifications during the customer FAT
• Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

• Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production Quality Control. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience) with minimum 5+years experience
