As a Manufacturing and Processing Division Leader, your main objective is to provide leadership to all present and future processing units (Khopoli, Kolkata, Vasad) in alignment with sales plans. Your focus should be on ensuring the quality of products through well-developed systems, on-time delivery, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include maximizing utilization, balancing between sales forecast, tenders, and varieties to deliver yields, monitoring and optimizing costs, and delivering plant-level EBIDTA profits. Your primary responsibilities will involve defining the manufacturing strategy for ETC, ensuring capacity utilization and operational guidance, defining good manufacturing practices, and working on improving weak areas and bottlenecks in present processes.
