Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into insightful visualizations.
Utilize DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data modeling and transformation.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance electronic data management and analytics capabilities.
Build Power BI reports using Power BI Report Builder based on business needs, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.
Manage Power BI projects and artifacts using Git repositories and set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for deployment.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business transformation.
Document detailed application specifications and translate technical requirements into programmed application modules.
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and maintain high-quality code standards

Skills Required:

Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and SQL for data modeling and transformation.
Experience with MS SQL Server and database management.
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization best practices.
Understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience with Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP compliance) is highly desirable.
Background in medical devices or healthcare technology domain preferred.
