Responsible for ensuring the business maintains compliance with the company s policies, core processes and international standards, models and regulations. Responsible for planning, execution, recording of audit results, assessing maturity of processes and recommending good practices. Follow up of audit activities, aligned to the approved audit plan and in line with the required and recognized processes and procedures. Provides support in reviews conducted by other audit programs, their external auditors and representatives.

We are looking for a detail-oriented ECO Coordinator to manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process within our Supply Chain Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking engineering changes across departments, ensuring that product and documentation updates are implemented accurately and efficiently in support of NPI and sustaining production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in similar job in a electronics manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of ECO processes, BOM management, and revision control.

Experience with PLM/ERP systems ( Agile, SAP, etc.).

Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with electronics assemblies, PCBs, and manufacturing documentation (e.g., Gerbers, assembly drawings).

Understanding of ISO 9001, IPC standards, and NPI processes.

Experience with customer-driven change control and contract manufacturing workflows.

Able to coordinate between different time zones.
