Manufacturing Chemist

• Manufacturing chemist required for skincare cosmetics who has good knowledge of advanced ingredients.
• To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operations and its maintenance.
• Handling of production equipment.
• Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR/BPR etc.
• Knowledge of basic cGMP.
• Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.
• Candidate should have knowledge of ingredients used in Cream, Shampoo, Serum, Scrub, Mask, Face Wash.
• Ensure Manufacturing/ Packing as per SOP/BMR.
• Calibration of weighing balance before start the manufacturing / packing.
• Responsible for Bulk Manufacturing for color cosmetics products.
• Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time.
• Signing of BMR/BPR as per daily planning, material arrangement for manufacturing.
• Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities.

• Ensure receipt of production plan in advance.
• Oversee compounding and batch making.
• Troubleshoot problems with formulas and batches.
• Improve upon existing formulas and methodology.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
