Overview:
We are looking for a Manual Web Tester to ensure quality, stability, and smooth user experience of our SaaS platform. The role involves testing features, subscription flows, and payment integrations across different user levels.
Key Responsibilities
Test all web modules, UI/UX flows, and responsiveness across browsers.
Validate subscription plans, upgrades/downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and trial flows.
Test payment gateway integration (transactions, invoices, VAT, receipts).
Verify user roles, permissions, dashboard features, and email/OTP login processes.
Create and maintain test cases, defect reports, and documentation.
Work with product and development teams to verify fixes and ensure smooth releases.
Requirements
2–5 years of manual testing experience in web or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of subscription systems and payment processes.
Experience using bug trackers (Jira/Trello) and basic knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred).
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Basic automation knowledge (Selenium/Playwright).
SQL or database validation basics.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
