Manual Testing - UAT / QA

As a Test Analyst at Citco's Platform Transformation Group, you will be responsible for interpreting business requirements, creating high-quality test objectives and cases, executing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained in UAT. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret Business Requirements and create high-quality comprehensive Test Objectives and Cases. - Update, maintain, and review test cases, collaborating with Business Analysts as needed. - Execute test cases in Xray as part of the UAT cycle. - Log and track defects using the defect management system (JIRA). - Coordinate with the development team to address defects. - Communicate and provide reports on assigned tasks to the UAT Manager and PM. - Collaborate with the project team to uphold the highest levels of quality in UAT. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline. - 2 years of QA/UAT experience in Financial Services. - Proficiency in JIRA, Xray, and Confluence. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. - Proficient in handling complex problems. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing timelines and priorities. - Exposure to Fenergo/Fen-X is a plus.
