Job Description

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform
manual and/or automated testing
for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Create and execute
test plans, test cases, and test scripts
.
Conduct
functional, regression, system, UAT, performance
, and automation-related testing.
Log and track defects in tools like
JIRA
with clear reproduction steps.
Participate in
root cause analysis
and ensure prompt follow-up on bugs.
Contribute to
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and continuous QA process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science/Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
2 years of QA/testing experience
.
Strong understanding of
SDLC, QA methodologies, tools, and processes
.
Experience with at least one automation/performance testing tool/framework.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and learn quickly.
