Manual Tester fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a Fresher Manual Tester to test and ensure the quality of a live streaming and social networking application similar to Miggo Live. The candidate will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, verify features, and ensure a smooth user experience across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand application requirements and functional specifications
• Perform manual testing of mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications
• Test core features such as user registration, login, live streaming, chat, gifts, coins, and payments
• Execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Identify, log, track, and retest bugs using bug tracking tools
• Perform smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing
• Validate UI/UX, functionality, and performance from an end-user perspective
• Test app behavior across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify defect fixes
• Ensure app quality before releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
• Knowledge of manual testing techniques
• Familiarity with bug life cycle
• Basic knowledge of test case writing and execution
• Understanding of mobile app testing is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of API testing basics (Postman – beginner level)
• Awareness of live streaming or social media apps
• Basic understanding of payment and wallet features
• Exposure to JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Android Studio / iOS TestFlight (basic)

Education & Experience

• Any graduate (BCA / BSc / BTech preferred)
• Fresher or 0–1 year experience
• Certification in Software Testing (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
