Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Tester with 69 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and API testing, familiarity with SAP Hybris projects, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is a 1-year onsite contract position based in Guindy, Responsibilities : Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing (Postman, Rest Assured) Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools Collaborate with development, product, and business teams in an Agile setup Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing Ensure adherence to QA best practices and industry Skills & Qualifications : 6-9 years of experience in manual and functional testing Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris or SAP Hybris migration projects Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle Proficient in API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI Working knowledge of SQL for database validations Experience with version control tools like Git Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong collaboration and teamwork to Have : Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments Experience working with e-commerce or retail platforms ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
