Manual QA Engineer – freshers

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer (Fresher) to join our quality assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring software quality before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Verify fixes and perform retesting after bug resolution.
• Ensure the quality of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Participate in team meetings and provide testing feedback.
• Maintain test documentation and reports.

Required Skills:

• Need fresher candidates.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, usability, etc.)
