Mandapam Event Manager

As a Convention Hall / Mandapam Manager with prior experience managing events, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the mandapam housing facilities. This includes managing tenant relations, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating maintenance and repair work. You will need to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, develop and implement policies and procedures, as well as manage budgets and prepare financial reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring the safety and security of residents. Supervising and training staff, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with external vendors and contractors will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to plan and execute community events and activities, monitor and manage utility usage and expenses, implement sustainability initiatives, ensure timely rent collection, and manage arrears. Handling emergency situations and crises, providing excellent customer service to residents, preparing and presenting reports to senior management, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices are essential aspects of this position. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in property management. Strong communication and marketing skills, project management experience, good leadership abilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills are required. Proficiency in various event software, expert interpersonal skills, and experience in risk management are also essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position requiring a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, and the work location is in person.,
