Job Description

  • Oversee NABH accreditation, quality control systems, and related activities to ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, 5'S, and DHS standards.
  • Coordinate and implement NABH policies across departments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead quality initiatives and training programs for staff on NABH standards and quality improvement processes.
  • Manage the preparation and verification of all NABH-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and forms.
  • Monitor and report on quality indicators, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct internal audits, track corrective actions, and ensure improvements are implemented.
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage incident reporting and ensure corrective actions are executed promptly.
  • Coordinate NABH accreditation audits and follow-up on recommendations.
  • Education: B.Sc.(Nursing) / MHA or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as NABH Coordinator or Quality Manager in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of NABH standards, strong leadership skills, experience in handling accreditation processes, and familiarity with audit systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
