Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage recruitment events for

    Agency Partners (APs)

    and

    Licensing Advisors (LAs)

  • Identify and shortlist prospective APs and LAs through expert-level knowledge of the recruitment process

Planning & Goal Setting

  • Conduct review discussions, wake-up meetings, and regular performance check-ins
  • Define periodic performance goals and sales targets for APs
  • Demonstrate expertise in the sales process and coach the team through on-floor training sessions
  • Manage operational aspects like AP coding and liaise with support teams when needed

Developing & Coaching

  • Run effective

    TrainAuditRetrain

    cycles to improve AP skills
  • Lead the selection, onboarding, and income planning for new APs
  • Support prospecting and field activities when required
  • Act as a

    product subject matter expert (SME)

  • Attend joint fieldwork for coaching and business development
  • Re-engage APs who fall short of contract maintenance through reactivation plans or training interventions

Should be between the age of 30-45 years and

Must be from Life Insurance background.
