Job Title Manager/Sr manager/DGM - Design & Production - Electric Vehicles(EV) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Sr manager/DGM - Design & Production to spearhead the design and manufacturing processes for our EV car initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in automotive design and production. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of a growing company and contribute to India’s EV revolution. Location: Durgapur, West Bengal, India CTC Range: ₹15–30 Lakhs, However we will provide competitive salary for deserving candidates Key Responsibilities 1. Design Leadership: Lead a team of design engineers in developing EV designs, prototypes, and production-ready products. 2. Design Development: Oversee the design and development of EV components, systems, and manufacturing processes. 3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. 4. Design Validation: Ensure design validation and testing meet regulatory and customer requirements. 5. Manufacturing Support: Provide design support during manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases. Requirements 1. Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering. (preferable from IIT/NITs or other renowned institutions) 2. Experience: 15-20 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the automotive and EV industry. 3. Skills: Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks), design analysis tools, and simulation software. 4. Leadership: Proven leadership and team management experience. Preferred Qualifications 1. EV Industry Experience: Experience working in the electric vehicle industry or similar sectors. 2. Design Validation: Knowledge of design validation and testing procedures. 3. Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations.
