POSITION:

Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Any Engineering Graduate with min. 8 years of experience

LINGUISTIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Technical Sales Support:

    Present and demonstrate eye dropper products to potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, and other relevant industries.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features, specifications, and advantages of our eye dropper products and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Order Processing:

    Assist clients with inquiries, quotations, and order placements; coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Development:

    Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to expand the company's market share.
  • Technical Consultation:

    Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product usage, compliance standards, and customization options.
  • Feedback & Reporting:

    Gather customer feedback and market intelligence; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Product Knowledge

    • Deep understanding of eye dropper design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    • Awareness of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to ophthalmic tools.
  2. Technical Aptitude

    • Ability to explain complex product features and benefits to clients.
    • Understanding of how eye droppers function and their application in medical settings.
  3. Sales and Negotiation Skills

    • Strong persuasive communication to demonstrate product value.
