Manager/Sr. Manager-Sales

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve achieving growth and hitting sales targets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the market. Your duties will include managing the recruitment process, setting objectives, and providing coaching to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully manage the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets. - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence. - Lead the recruitment process, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. - Cultivate strong and enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and understanding their requirements. - Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while keeping abreast of product and competition dynamics. - Acquire new customers and drive business development initiatives. - Coordinate with sales and dispatch personnel to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Conduct market reviews and surveys, and implement ground-level strategies to boost sales. - Maintain proper stock levels at the warehouse. - Generate and submit MIS reports regularly.
