Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager - Execution ( Water Supply Projects) Location: Karnataka Department: Project Management Interested candidates requested to send CV : wsphr@meghaeng.com Job Summary : The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of water supply projects. This includes managing teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering the project within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities Project Management & coordination includes works related to Oversee the Planning, Delivery & Coordination of projects under vertical heads. Responsible for execution, planning scheduling & monitoring of the Project on time. Frequently maintaining relationship with RO/HO for pending payments, requirements and issues. To ensure Proper utilization of Manpower, Material and machinery. Discuss Weekly/Monthly progress with employees to get more accurate result. Consistent communication with senior management and subordinates regarding project progress and developments. Team Management: To develop good work environment effectively. To nurture team members. Maintain good Safety Precautions to achieve zero accidents. Monitor and insist team members to ensure safety and quality as per their prime concern. Ensure implementation of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) measures. Handling uncertainty and respond to critical situations. Liaise with government bodies (PHED, RWS&S, ULBs), consultants, and third-party agencies. Coordination with Clients, Consultants and subcontractors. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in managing Water Supply projects. Skills & Competencies: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
