Manager/Sr. Manager - Corporate Sales (Service Apartment Vertical)

Role Overview: As a Manager/Sr. Manager - Corporate Sales (Service Apartments) at Adotrip, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for service apartments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high occupancy, profitable deals, and building long-term business relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential corporate clients for both long- and short-stay service apartment bookings. - Pitch the company's offerings to Global Mobility, HR, Admin, and Procurement teams of companies, and establish and nurture long-term relationships. - Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close corporate deals. - Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through various channels such as cold calls, emails, meetings, and referrals. - Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and pricing strategies. - Coordinate effectively with the operations and reservations team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. - Be available for client site visits as and when required. Qualification Required: - 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality/service apartments/hotels/travel domain. - Understanding of B2B corporate sales and hospitality, with experience in service apartments, hotels, or residential leasing being highly preferred.
